Your data
Nothing of yours is visible to us until you decide.
Here is what we read, what we keep and what we never do.
Six commitments, word for word
- We only read what you choose to show us, and we start with no access at all.
- We only use AI providers whose terms rule out training on your data.
- Nothing we build sends, replies or deletes without a person approving it.
- We keep what we need for the work, and delete it when the work ends or when you ask.
- Your information is never shared with another client.
- The form collects your name and work email, only so we can reply. Ask us to delete it by replying to any email from us.
Access grows one step at a time
Step 1 · a conversation
We ask how the week runs. You need to show us nothing.
Step 2 · a sample you pick
If it helps, send a small sample, like a week of quote requests or last year's request list. You choose it, and you can blank out names. We use it to show what the output would look like.
Step 3 · read-only access, when you say so
If you go ahead, we ask only for what the job needs. For an evidence log, that's where your records live. For a decision list, it's your mailbox and drafts.
Read-only, in practice
It can look. It can't send, reply, delete or move. Where a draft would help, it leaves one for a person.
Your off switch
Remove access and everything stops at once. You can do it without us.
What "a person approves" means
Nothing we build sends a message, pays a bill or changes a record on its own.
It sets the work in front of a named person, who decides. If that person does nothing, nothing goes out.
When the work is over
We keep what the work needs, and nothing more. When it ends, we delete it. If you'd like it gone sooner, ask through the form.
Questions welcome
Bring data questions to the first conversation. We'd much rather answer them than leave you guessing.
Next step
Rather talk it over?
A first conversation with one of our co-founders costs nothing. It runs about an hour, and we need no access.
Someone reads every note, and replies within a working day, usually.
